State Audit
FPFC is audited by the state every three years. The most recent audit was for the period 2016-2018 and was conducted in 2019. The result was a “clean” audit, with no significant findings. We will be audited for the period 2019-2021 in March 2022.

Washington State Law, RCW 42.17.260 (5), prohibits the use of lists of individuals for commercial purposes. If you or someone else use these records for commercial purposes, you may be violating the rights of individuals named and you may be liable for damages. “Commercial purposes” means that the person requesting the record intends that the list will be used to communicate with the individuals named in the records for the purpose of facilitating profit-expecting activity.
