Fitness Center hours:

Monday – Friday: 6 AM – 7 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.

The Fitness Center may be closed on holidays and for some swim meets. Please check closure dates on our event page and website.

Minors ages 12 – 14 may use the fitness center with their parent or adult (18 or older) guardian present only and with a facility waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Minors ages 15 – 17 are allowed only with a facility waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Barre Above® with Cynthia

Find the strength of a dancer within you, Barre Above® fuses the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do in a results-driven workout that is fun and dynamic. No dance experience needed! You’ll see improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance; improve body awareness and feel more confident in your fitness.

Bars, Benches & Balls with Carla R.

Bars, Benches & Balls combines equipment with body weight for a fun and challenging whole-body workout, building both strength and endurance.

Boot Camp with Kirsten

No drill sergeant, no yelling.  FPFC’s Boot Camp is a challenging, rapid-paced cardio & strength workout. Push yourself to a new level of fitness as you strengthen your heart, muscles, and bones and burn calories long after the workout ends. Instructor can modify for lower impact.

Butts & Guts with Lindsey

Butts & Guts focuses on building strength in your core, glutes, and thighs. This challenging, power workout will help you develop lean muscle, improve posture, strengthen your pelvic floor, and improve balance.

Dance Fit Mix with Leslie

Dance Fit Mix is 45-minutes of fun and fitness using mixed dance styles including jazz, ballet, tap, line dancing, and more! Good exercise, good movement, and good moves.

Feeling Fit with Leslie

Are you a fitness beginner or a gym rat? Either way, this high-energy group fitness class is for you! Feeling Fit combines strength building, stretching, and endurance exercises using equipment and body weight. In this Hatha Yoga class, participants will enhance strength and flexibility in a quiet and calming atmosphere. This gentle practice includes slow flow as well as sustained asana holds using props to adjust your form and deepen your practice safely.

HIIT with Cynthia: Total Body Reset

Start your morning with this high-intensity interval style personal circuit workout that combines cardiovascular training with strength training. You’ll improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, increase speed, and maximize calorie burn. Modifications available for lower impact.

Pumped Up Strength with Cynthia

Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.

SilverSneakers® Classic with Carla R.

This class offers exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities aiding daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are all offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Strength and Conditioning with Julie

Strength and Conditioning combines weights, elastic bands and stability balls for a total body workout!  Its circuit -based format allows for a variety of activities, avoiding the boredom of repetitive exercises.

TRX Functional Strength with Julie

Power up your lunchtime with this 45-minute strength class that focuses on activities of daily living. Using body weight, TRX, yoga, weights and other equipment, participants will improve core strength, balance, and coordination.

Yoga Core with Julie

Yoga Core focuses on integrating the core strengthening and alignment principles of Pilates with the empowering practice of Hatha Yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat for onsite option.
