INSTRUCTOR-LED LAND FITNESS CLASSES:
Our land-based group fitness classes are held upstairs in the GroupX Classroom. Several classes have a virtual option for those days when you are traveling or just want to work out at home. Virtual classes are live streamed via Zoom. Zoom link, Meeting ID, and Passcode are available on your receipt when you register for the class. NOTE: Our classes do fill up. Pre-registration is required to save your spot.
Alignment-based Yoga with Karen
Alignment-based Yoga is appropriate for beginning and intermediate yoga practitioners. Each week we’ll explore a different sequence of movements to build a strong foundation, improve mobility and coordination, as well as increase participants’ spatial understanding of their body as it relates to postures. Practitioners are encouraged to respect their bodies. Modifications and props are available to assist with your practice.

Barre Above® with Cynthia
Find the strength of a dancer within you, Barre Above® fuses the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do in a results-driven workout that is fun and dynamic. No dance experience needed! You’ll see improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance; improve body awareness and feel more confident in your fitness.

Bars, Benches & Balls with Carla R.
Bars, Benches & Balls combines equipment with body weight for a fun and challenging whole-body workout, building both strength and endurance.
This class has both in-facility and virtual options. Be sure to sign up for the option you prefer. Pre-registration preferred.
Boot Camp with Kirsten
No drill sergeant, no yelling. FPFC’s Boot Camp is a challenging, rapid-paced cardio & strength workout. Push yourself to a new level of fitness as you strengthen your heart, muscles, and bones and burn calories long after the workout ends. Instructor can modify for lower impact.

Butts & Guts with Lindsey
Butts & Guts focuses on building strength in your core, glutes, and thighs. This challenging, power workout will help you develop lean muscle, improve posture, strengthen your pelvic floor, and improve balance.

Classic Mat Pilates with Carla R.
Classic Mat Pilates promotes a strong whole-body workout, appropriate for each client, centered around abdominals and core—back, glutes, hamstrings and chest. Please bring your own mat.

Flow Yoga with Carla R. (Tue/Thu) & Summer (select Saturdays)
Flow Yoga emphasizes dynamic movement, seamlessly stringing postures together, one to another, connected through breath. Supportive and self-paced.

Foam Rolling for Fascia Release with Brenda
Foam rolling is a powerful self-care technique that helps hydrate your connective tissue, improves circulation, and eases tension throughout the body.
This practice supports mobility and recovery, and also prepares your body for your next yoga, fitness, or MELT session by gently stretching and restoring your fascia — the supportive web of tissue that surrounds muscles and organs.
Whether you’re feeling stiff, sore, or just ready to move better, this class is your new go-to for feeling refreshed and recharged.

Gentle Yoga with Carla R.
Gentle Yoga offers an easier, less intense yoga experience—non-strenuous, quiet and meditative. Perfect for beginners and for those with movement limitations. Chair movements are available. Please bring your own mat.

HIIT: Total Body Reset with Cynthia
Start your morning with this high-intensity interval style personal circuit workout that combines cardiovascular training with strength training. You’ll improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, increase speed, and maximize calorie burn. Modifications available for lower impact.

Pumped Up Strength with Cynthia
Pumped Up Strength is a new approach to resistance training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements set to fun music.
The result? A sweat-drenched, functionally efficient workout that will challenge your body in new ways, improve lean muscle mass, and rev your metabolism.

Sculpt Yoga with Summer
Find what feels good while moving through simple flows and static holds with weights. Build strength and connect with your breath as you honor and challenge your body.
This class is offered onsite in our Group Fitness Classroom. Pre-registration preferred, bring a yoga mat and water. Weights are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own.
SilverSneakers® Classic with Carla R.
This class offers exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities aiding daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are all offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
This class is simulcast with in-facility onsite and virtual options. Be sure to sign up for the option you prefer. Pre-registration for the virtual option closes 15 minutes prior to the start time. A Zoom link will be emailed 5 – 10 minutes prior to the start time.
Somatic Yoga with Brenda
Somatic yoga blends traditional yogic principles with internal listening. The focus shifts from how a pose looks to how it feels -from the inside out. Movements are often slow, small, and deeply intentional. Instead of stretching muscles, we’re exploring the nervous system and learning how to let go of unnecessary tension.
Somatic yoga gives students the tools to slow down and begin the journey inward. Your body has stories to tell—and somatic yoga helps you listen and understand those stories on a deeper level.

Spin with Kirsten
Spin offers a heart-pumping group ride with a variety of endurance, sprinting, climbing, and distance rides. Self-pacing allows both beginners and experienced riders to join in the fun! Space is limited. Pre-registration preferred.
TRX Strength & Stretch with Julie (Mondays) & Suzanne (Wednesdays)
In TRX Strength & Stretch with Julie (Mondays) and Suzanne (Wednesdays), every muscle group will be targeted every session, using a variety of body weight exercises and fitness equipment exercises, for a total body strength and conditioning work-out. This is personal training in a group setting, presented by qualified TRX instructors, and certified personal trainers.
