This class offers exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities aiding daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are all offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Involves stepping up, over and around an adjustable step to the beat of high-energy music.  A great way to burn fat, build muscle and improve fitness.

Combines weights, elastic bands and stability balls for a total body workout!  Circuit -training allows for a variety of activities, avoiding the boredom of repetitive exercises.

Utilizes wall-mounted straps and body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.  This basics class is low-impact and perfect for beginners looking to learn proper form on the straps.

Integrates core strengthening and alignment principles of Pilates with the practice of hatha yoga.  Improve performance and mental well-being.

Combines physical, mental and spiritual practices, enhancing strength and flexibility in a quiet and calming atmosphere.  All levels welcome!  Chair warm up, then movement with our breath.  Safety and alignment are important parts of this class.  Modifications are demonstrated for movement limitations.

Emphasizes dynamic movement, seamlessly stringing postures together, one to another, connected through breath.  Supportive and self-paced.

Offers an easier, less intense yoga experience–non-strenuous, quiet and meditative.  Perfect for those with movement limitations.  Chair movements are available.

Uses props, rather than your muscles, to support your body.  Classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.  Monday classes include chairs in movements to slowly build flexibility.

Take the “work” out of workout, mixing low-and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!

Offers a heart-pumping group ride with a variety of endurance, sprinting, climbing and distance rides.  Self-pacing allows for both beginners and experienced riders to join in the fun!

Focuses on abdominals, strengthening stomach, sides, waist and back, while empowering mind, body and spirit.  Strength, stability and posture.

Combining a high level of cardio, strength and core intensity exercises with multiple ratios of work/rest intervals.

This class will challenge you with a basic physical training workout in a circuit format, using equipment and body-weight exercises.

OPEN HOURS: The fitness area is open Monday – Friday: 5:00 am – 8:00 pm, Saturday: 7:00 am-5:00 pm, Sunday: 10:00-5:00 pm. $5.00 SPECIAL: An hour for a reduced entrance fee Monday – Friday 12:00-1:00 pm (does not apply to noontime fitness classes). The fitness area will be closed during facility closures, including swim meets and holidays. Please check pool closures on our event page and website for additional closures.

Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center.  Minors under the age of 18 are allowed only with parental permission.
