Alignment-based Vinyasa Yoga

Begin your day right as you lengthen, strengthen, balance, and stretch in this intermediate yoga class. Participants will focus on proper alignment while connecting breath with movement, challenging athletic flows, and lots of stretching.

Bars, Benches & Balls

Bars, Benches & Balls combines equipment with body weight for a fun and challenging whole-body workout, building both strength and endurance.

Classic Mat Pilates

Classic Mat Pilates promotes a strong whole-body workout, appropriate for each client, centered around abdominals and core—back, glutes, hamstrings and chest. Please bring your own mat.

Core & More

Core & More utilizes anatomically aligned stability, mobility and flexibility exercises that require activation and integration of the entire body to promote muscular-skeletal health. Please bring your own mat.

Dance Fit Mix

Dance Fit Mix is 45-minutes of fun and fitness using mixed dance styles including jazz, ballet, tap, line dancing, and more! Good exercise, good movement, and good moves.

Feeling Fit

Are you a fitness beginner or a gym rat? Either way, this high-energy group fitness class is for you! Feeling Fit combines strength building, stretching, and endurance exercises using equipment and body weight. Standing, chair, and floor work will challenge your limits in a good way, leaving you with a stronger body, mind, and spirit.

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga emphasizes dynamic movement, seamlessly stringing postures together, one to another, connected through breath. Supportive and self-paced. This offering is simulcast with an onsite instructor. Please bring your own mat for onsite offerings.

Functional Strength Express

Power up your lunchtime with this 30-minute strength class that focuses on activities of daily living. Using body weight, TRX, pilates, weights and other equipment, participants will improve core strength, balance, and coordination.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga offers an easier, less intense yoga experience—non-strenuous, quiet and meditative. Perfect for beginners and for those with movement limitations. Chair movements are available. Please bring your own mat.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is currently on hiatus. We hope to bring it back later in the year.

Restorative Yoga uses props, rather than muscles, for body support. Classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and is an excellent antidote to stress.

SilverSneakers® Classic

This class offers exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities aiding daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are all offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Spin

Spin offers a heart-pumping group ride with a variety of endurance, sprinting, climbing, and distance rides. Self-pacing allows for both beginners and experienced riders to join in the fun!

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics is a great cardio workout! Use an adjustable bench to step up, down, over, and around, adding kicks, curls, and more. Start with basic moves and then add-on for challenging rhythmic patterns.

Strength and Conditioning

Combines weights, elastic bands and stability balls for a total body workout!  Circuit -training allows for a variety of activities, avoiding the boredom of repetitive exercises.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga combines physical, mental and spiritual practices, enhancing strength and flexibility in a quiet and calming atmosphere. Safety and alignment are important parts of this class. Please bring your own yoga mat for onsite offerings.

Yoga Core

Yoga Core focuses on integrating the core strengthening and alignment principles of Pilates with the empowering practice of Hatha Yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat for onsite option.

Zumba

Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Let the Latin and World rhythms take over and you’ll see why this super effective, super fun class is often called exercise in disguise.

OPEN HOURS: The fitness center is open Monday – Friday: 7:15 am- 6:45 pm, Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. The fitness area may be closed during facility closures, including swim meets and holidays. Please check closure dates on our event page and website.

Minors ages 12 – 15 may use the fitness center with their parent or guardian present only. Minors ages 16 – 17 are allowed only with written parental permission (facility waiver must be signed and on file.)
