An event every week that begins at 6:15am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until June 20, 2020

Use the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning. Water’s natural buoyancy, resistance, cooling effect and decreased joint impact make it an ideal exercise medium for seniors.

Admission: $7 drop-in or use your FPFC membership to check in at the front desk.
