Small Works Roster & Vendor List

Fidalgo Pool & Fitness Center maintains a Small Works Roster and a Vendor List of contractors and/or businesses who are eligible to submit proposals for various public works projects and services, and/or can be contacted for non-public works purchases.

The Small Works Roster is used for Public Works Contracts (projects with labor associated) which may not exceed $300,000, including tax; and the Vendors List is used for purchases of (materials, supplies or equipment not connected to a public works project) in an amount less than $50,000.

The Small Works Roster is comprised of contractors and businesses who are properly licensed and registered to perform such work in the State of Washington.

Fidalgo Pool & Fitness Center invites all interested contractors and businesses to submit an application. Vendor List businesses and contractors have the option of adding their names to the Vendor list by submitting a letter of interest to the address listed above or faxing it to 360-299-2953.  The Fidalgo Pool Small Works Application can be downloaded for your convenience.

Fidalgo Pool & Fitness Center publishes the official public notice for the Small Works Roster in the Anacortes American newspaper twice a year.

You are notified that Fidalgo Pool & Fitness Center complies with the prevailing wage requirements as stated in RCW 39.12.040, and requires contractors to comply. Prevailing Wage is the hourly wage, usual benefits and overtime, paid in the largest city in each county, to the majority of workers, laborers, and mechanics. Prevailing wages are established, by the Department of Labor and Industries, for each trade and occupation employed in the performance of public work.
